{"status":1,"var_name":"MCDS","var_description":"<h3 class=\"compliancePopupHeading\">OSHA Training Requirements For New Hires<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"compliancePopupSubHeading\"><span class=\"color_Orange\"><b>Occupational Safety and Health Administration<\/b><\/span> (OSHA) has established the following <span class=\"color_Orange\"><b>mandatory<\/b><\/span> training requirements for all new and existing employees that\r\n<span class=\"color_Orange\"><b>must be provided by the Hiring Employer:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"hiring_employer_heading\"><b>Hiring Employer must Provide:<\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"complianceList\">\r\n \t<li><b>Training<\/b> in Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control<\/li>\r\n \t<li><b>Training<\/b> in Sexual Harassment (not required by all states)<\/li>\r\n \t<li><b>Hepatitis B Vaccine Offer<\/b> in writing<\/li>\r\n \t<li><b>Code of Safe Practices<\/b> &amp; other safety policies must be read and accepted<\/li>\r\n \t<li><b>Facility Safety Orientation<\/b> must be conducted on the first day of employment<\/li>\r\n \t<li><b>Safety Suggestions and Unsafe Practice Report<\/b> form must be provided in writing<\/li>\r\n \t<li><b>Disciplinary Procedure Policy<\/b> must be provided in writing<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>","var_logo":"https:\/\/funneldev.enviromerica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/var_logo\/70.png"}
